Arequito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Lizar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 17thth minute of the game Luciano Lizar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arequito's Rolando Licerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ARRIS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luciano Lizar in the 18th minute. A nice corner shot did that Luciano Lizar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Licerio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice moves Lorenzo Elodio could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Ciro Jatsu however easily saved by the left post. ARRIS's Luciano Lizar got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rolando Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Lizar in the 23rd minute of play. Arequito's Rolando Licerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Lizar in the 26th minute of play. If Luciano Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Abancens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, ARRIS's Fernan Pepillo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Lorenzo Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Jatsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Rolando Licerio was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Lizar in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Licerio saved Arequito from getting behind. Wasyl Wierzchowski struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Rolando Licerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARRIS. The Arequito players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ARRIS were winning 0-3.

Luciano Lizar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Rolando Licerio made a huge save. A hard shot 55 in the game by Luciano Lizar from a close distance when the talented Rolando Licerio managed to make a qualified save. Arequito's players were relieved. Manuel Feliu lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arequito! Luciano Lizar shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Edgardo Canor kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Arequito's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luciano Lizar was slow to take the kick. During this time ARRIS's players had a chance to rest. 76 minutes into the match, Arequito's goalkeeper Rolando Licerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fermin Cordaryal. The supporters of ARRIS booed when Arequito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Taurino didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Lizar in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Licerio saved Arequito from getting behind. Wasyl Wierzchowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, ARRIS's Luciano Lizar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rolando Licerio. Rolando Licerio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. With a little luck, Arequito's Rolando Licerio got control of the ball when Luciano Lizar tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over ARRIS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Arequito throughout the match.
