Fabricio Olando yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. A collision led to Juventud Antoniana getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Antonio Furman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Haitz in the 16th minute of play forced TEU's goalkeeper Dionisio Cedro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulgencio Intxixu during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Juventud Antoniana players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for TEU.
