Denis Santio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Mincho in the 4th minute of the match. Serafin Diegotxe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 9th minute. Arenaza FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After the first half Daheza were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elpidio Jerrald made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Elpidio Jerrald had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Santio. Arenaza FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Jerrald was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Florian Anselm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the game, Florencio Qwinton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Denis Santio. Florencio Qwinton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 69th minute, Roberto Oliviero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daheza's Tord Dahlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Anselm in the 70th minute of play. Denis Santio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elpidio Jerrald in the 73rd minute. If Serafin Diegotxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Florian Anselm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Daheza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Oliviero to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Elodio came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Denis Santio could save by the left post. 93 minutes into the match, Arenaza FC's goalkeeper Denis Santio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florencio Qwinton. Daheza's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
