Crotto AFC's Xuoco Rivera quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Virgilio Orlin, made in the 27th minute of the game. In the 28th minute, Basilio Larra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Patricio Erramu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basilio Larra to make the kick off. Rogelio Giro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Xuoco Rivera came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Crotto AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xuoco Rivera couldn't finish the play. With 76 minutes on the clock, Silverio Eskuin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Crotto AFC's Silverio Eskuin got a free kick in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO DE METAN's Raimundo Elazar broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Crotto AFC's Cleto Gonsalve proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Crotto AFC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of SAN LORENZO DE METAN booed when Crotto AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 93 played minutes Crotto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Xuoco Rivera. After a rather tough play, Crotto AFC's Eloy Roderigo got a free kick in the 101st minute. The Crotto AFC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
