Evaristo Piorno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Arotza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Gaspar Jurdan managed to get in a good position for a shot. BLOODY ROOTS's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaspar Jurdan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barnabás Pálfalvi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnoldo Rocio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Amador Laurentzi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Barnabás Pálfalvi came out and tried to block the shot, but Amador Laurentzi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Sebastian Arotza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrado Maria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Piorno having to interfere. When Angastaco's Sebastian Arotza in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BLOODY ROOTS's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sebastian Arotza sped through BLOODY ROOTS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evaristo Piorno. Angastaco's Conrado Maria got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th match minute, BLOODY ROOTS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Fonso to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Gaspar Jurdan managed to get in a good position for a shot. After a defensive mix-up in Angastaco's zone, Amador Laurentzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barnabás Pálfalvi came out of the goal and Amador Laurentzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Angastaco's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Laurentzi came free, but Barnabás Pálfalvi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Sebastian Arotza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Angastaco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BLOODY ROOTS the free kick. Sebastian Arotza hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Conrado Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd match minute, BLOODY ROOTS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fotis Theodoridis to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Evaristo Piorno came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Angastaco's Sebastian Arotza. But to his dismay, Sebastian Arotza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Arotza got free with Evaristo Piorno in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastian Arotza took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Piorno. Evaristo Piorno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 70 played minutes Angastaco got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Rosario. 74 minutes into the match, BLOODY ROOTS's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Maria came free, but Evaristo Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Arotza in the 76th minute of play forced BLOODY ROOTS's goalkeeper Evaristo Piorno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaspar Jurdan struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Barnabás Pálfalvi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BLOODY ROOTS. 81 minutes into the game, Anselmo Platon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Angastaco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BLOODY ROOTS the free kick. Amador Laurentzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barnabás Pálfalvi having to interfere. Evaristo Piorno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Amador Laurentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Barnabás Pálfalvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Angastaco were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant BLOODY ROOTS side.
