In the 16th minute, Albano Tonete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Ritchie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Musko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mangrullo's Rigoberto Ritchie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Mangrullo from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Julian Musko dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rigoberto Ritchie, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in HIMERUS's zone, Julian Dominix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregory Coryn came out of the goal and Julian Dominix tried to chip the ball over his head. In the 46th minute Julian Dominix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregory Coryn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Musko to make the kick off. Rigoberto Ritchie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Maju, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. HIMERUS's Gregory Coryn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Cortez in the 77th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, HIMERUS's goalkeeper Gregory Coryn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Dominix. After 84 minutes, Alejo Lastur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HIMERUS and the Mangrullo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Alejo Heli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Musko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Ritchie having to interfere. Mangrullo's Rigoberto Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Musko in the 93rd minute of play. Mangrullo's Marcos Gines got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Mangrullo got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Escobar. HIMERUS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
