Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Freddy Delfino kicked off to start the match. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Erubiel Mark successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Fabiano getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Timoteo Martino hit a great ball. Pascual Duarte didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 9th minute. Concepción's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Pascual Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Erubiel Mark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rodolfo Colon came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Concepción fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Colon couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Fabiano's zone, Rodolfo Colon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Mark came out of the goal and Rodolfo Colon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascual Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Mark having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Pascual Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Pascual Duarte got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rodolfo Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Freddy Delfino came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Fabiano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Delfino couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Concepción booed when Fabiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Nayely didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Erubiel Mark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pascual Duarte to make the kick off. When Concepción's Rodolfo Colon in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fabiano's goalie prevented a goal. Fabiano's Erubiel Mark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Duarte in the 53rd minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Concepción's Pascual Duarte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erubiel Mark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Concepción's Emiliano Maxin got a free kick in the 64th minute. After some careless play in the Fabiano defense, Pascual Duarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erubiel Mark. The Fabiano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erubiel Mark should have stopped the shot. If Pascual Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Colon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erubiel Mark. Fabiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Colon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Erubiel Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Duarte in the 92nd minute of the match. Rodolfo Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Concepción fully deserved thier win.
