Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pascual Duarte kicked off to start the match. The referee showed Cipriano Gaizkine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. During the 17th minute of the match Cipriano Gaizkine completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cipriano Gaizkine a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 18 played minutes Paredones got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Gaizkine. Dante Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. A long shot from Blas Cordareo in the 22nd minute of play was well struck, but Generoso Gomez made a really good save at the right post. When Concepción's Pascual Duarte in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paredones's goalie prevented a goal. Braulio Urbasa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Generoso Gomez. Paredones's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 29 played minutes Paredones got a freekick which was hit by Dante Lucian. After having played for 29 minutes, Rodolfo Colon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Concepción's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Colon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Pascual Duarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Generoso Gomez was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 33 minutes into the match, Concepción's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Lehen came free, but Aquilino Inko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes, Blas Cordareo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Concepción and the Paredones players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Concepción's Blas Cordareo got a free kick in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Paredones's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Duarte came free, but Generoso Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rodolfo Colon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cipriano Lehen to make the kick off. If Rodolfo Colon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Concepción getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Blas Cordareo hit a great ball. Paredones's Simon Gabon shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 60th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Aquilino Inko but with some difficulty. 62 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Colon notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Paredones's Generoso Gomez. Generoso Gomez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Paredones's zone, Rodolfo Colon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Gomez came out of the goal and Rodolfo Colon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascual Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Generoso Gomez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 minutes of play, Paredones's Cipriano Lehen made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquilino Inko was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Rodolfo Colon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Urbasa kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Cipriano Lehen came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Paredones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Lehen couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Paredones booed when Concepción was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Maxin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cipriano Lehen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
