Spectators: 7090 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 20) Torres AFC's Basilio Piearres started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to River Plate getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Evelio Luke hit a great ball. Jeronimo Sayvion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Caradaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute of the match, Basilio Piearres got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeronimo Sayvion was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Basilio Piearres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jeronimo Sayvion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 16 minutes, Basilio Piearres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torres AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Piearres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes in the game, Basilio Piearres dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Evelio Luke hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Sayvion was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aureliano Caradaro. If Basilio Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. River Plate's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Arsenio Resto scored to the left of an out of position Jeronimo Sayvion, making the score, 1-0. A hard shot 34 in the game by Basilio Piearres from a close distance when the talented Jeronimo Sayvion managed to make a qualified save. River Plate's players were relieved. Everardo Lamberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Piearres got free with Jeronimo Sayvion in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeronimo Sayvion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basilio Piearres went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, River Plate's Jeronimo Sayvion got control of the ball when Basilio Piearres tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Enetz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Torres AFC:s Anibal Pero showed great skill when he stopped Rafael Mendez:s penalty. Jeronimo Sayvion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Resto in the 55th minute of the match. Jeronimo Sayvion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Piearres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeronimo Sayvion came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Torres AFC's Basilio Piearres. But to his dismay, Basilio Piearres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Jeronimo Sayvion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Piearres, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Basilio Piearres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jeronimo Sayvion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Basilio Piearres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Sayvion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Everardo Lamberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torres AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Everardo Lamberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Sayvion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 85 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Gaufred. In the 86th minute, Esteve Polentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Resto came free, but Jeronimo Sayvion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Torres AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Fischer to maneuver through the defense. Torres AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
