Aaron Todor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximino Gaueko went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodolfo Larosse made a kick off. Brian Rodriguez scored 1-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leon Asur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute, Brian Rodriguez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hercules FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 66th minute Brian Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hercules FC had won after a very even match.
