Baldomero Presebal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Copacabana AFC's Manuel Peio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Loco in the 39th minute of play. A hard shot 42 in the game by Jonathan Theobald from a close distance when the talented Manuel Peio managed to make a qualified save. Copacabana AFC's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Cerrillos AFC's Dante Espiridion got a free kick in the 46th minute. When Copacabana AFC's Miguel Elizardo in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cerrillos AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roque Loco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Copacabana AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Theobald came free, but Manuel Peio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Peio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Theobald's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Miguel Elizardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Presebal having to interfere.
