Sportivo Dock Sud FC's Braulio Fix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Dock Sud FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Dock Sud FC's Moises Aguirre got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute Luis Malvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Guillelmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Sportivo Dock Sud FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Barros to maneuver through the defense. Wilfredo Guillelmo came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Dock Sud FC's Luis Malvin. In the 30th minute of the match Nemesio Medina sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilfredo Guillelmo skillfully saved the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Sportivo Dock Sud FC's Luis Malvin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilfredo Guillelmo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorato Dalmau during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Varela's Honorato Dalmau got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Marciano Perpinya came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Sportivo Dock Sud FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Perpinya couldn't finish the play. After having played for 47 minutes, Luis Malvin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Dock Sud FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Malvin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Eliseo Marz made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Bernardo Ixaka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Fix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sportivo Dock Sud FC's Braulio Fix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Marz in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Varela's Eliseo Marz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Braulio Fix made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Malvin got free with Wilfredo Guillelmo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Musko kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Varela got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Oidor. If Inocencio Dominguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Luis Malvin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Dock Sud FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Malvin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Guillelmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sportivo Dock Sud FC's Luis Malvin got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Varela getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Pedro Maidana hit a great ball. Wilfredo Guillelmo was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Luis Malvin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luis Malvin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Wilfredo Guillelmo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luis Malvin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 83 minute of play. In the 86th minute, Diego Sagrario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Varela's Wilfredo Guillelmo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Varela from getting a goal against them. Luis Malvin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Wilfredo Guillelmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Aguirre's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Wilfredo Guillelmo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Braulio Fix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Marz in the 94th minute of the match.
