Saul Lluc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacques Campigli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacques Campigli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 27 minutes Momo Sampler HC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jacques Campigli who took care of the corner kick. Modesto Regis thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Saul Lluc, a very annoying self made goal in the 28th minute which led to 0-2. If Jacques Campigli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Damaso Tono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 minutes, Sergio Baldovino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Momo Sampler HC and the Miranda FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Momo Sampler HC defense, Jacques Campigli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saul Lluc. The Momo Sampler HC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saul Lluc should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Miranda FC's Jacques Campigli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Lluc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Ariando in the 48th minute of play forced Momo Sampler HC's goalkeeper Saul Lluc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damaso Tono was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Celestino Hernando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miranda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestino Hernando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saul Lluc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacques Campigli in the 63rd minute. Jacques Campigli might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saul Lluc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
