The referee ignored La Empresa F.C's protests and gave Amador Diagur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th minute, Amador Diagur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, Mancio Linares sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and La Empresa F.C's Cleto Dantel didn't even have to move. After 16 played minutes La Empresa F.C got a freekick which was hit by Amado Jaunti. After 17 minutes, Benjamin Diegotxe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flores AFC and the La Empresa F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Flores AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Diegotxe to maneuver through the defense. After 20 minutes of play, La Empresa F.C's Severo Ospin made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eustaquio Txilar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Severo Ospin kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Diegotxe in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cleto Dantel saved La Empresa F.C from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mancio Linares in the 30th minute of play forced La Empresa F.C's goalkeeper Cleto Dantel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 32 minutes on the clock, Amado Jaunti commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in La Empresa F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Cleto Dantel had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Mancio Linares's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Jack Sandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Ildefonso Benitez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Jack Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Empresa F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jack Sandberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Cleto Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mancio Linares in the 57th minute of play. If Ildefonso Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, La Empresa F.C's Severo Ospin got a free kick in the 69th minute. Severo Ospin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Txilar having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Ospin in the 78th minute of play forced Flores AFC's goalkeeper Eustaquio Txilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mancio Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Ildefonso Benitez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eustaquio Txilar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. La Empresa F.C's Severo Ospin got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ildefonso Benitez took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustaquio Txilar. Eustaquio Txilar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 94thth minute of the game Ildefonso Benitez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flores AFC's Eustaquio Txilar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
