In the 3rd minute Emiliano Locaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Primitivo Lorenz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Justino Eate, 1-0. Justino Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Lorenz in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Evaristo Xacintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Hey Ho Let´s Go's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Soin came free, but Ciro Abalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ElCiclon's Justino Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Lorenz in the 26th minute of play. Humberto Soin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ciro Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Nemesio Piarres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciro Abalos. Hey Ho Let´s Go's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Piarres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ciro Abalos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Soin went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ciro Abalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Soin in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Primitivo Lorenz made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes ElCiclon got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Frans. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Primitivo Lorenz in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justino Eate saved ElCiclon from getting behind. Ciro Abalos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Piarres's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute, Nemesio Piarres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ElCiclon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 66 minutes into the match, Hey Ho Let´s Go's Niceto Pirro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Justino Eate narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Justino Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Bras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th of the match, Nemesio Piarres tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ciro Abalos got in the way and made a wonderful save. Nemesio Piarres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Abalos having to interfere. With a little luck, Hey Ho Let´s Go's Ciro Abalos got control of the ball when Humberto Soin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute, Fabricio Cresencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Ticho in the 79th minute of play forced ElCiclon's goalkeeper Justino Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Emiliano Locaio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ciro Abalos. Emiliano Locaio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Humberto Soin had several of the Hey Ho Let´s Go's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Ciro Abalos as he didn't even see the shot coming. 93 minutes into the match, Hey Ho Let´s Go's goalkeeper Ciro Abalos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Soin.
