The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermegildo Emenon got free with Ruperto Huly in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ermegildo Emenon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Ruperto Huly when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ermegildo Emenon sped through Tandil FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruperto Huly. When ILUMINADOS F.C.'s Octavio Eguzki in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. ILUMINADOS F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tandil FC the free kick. Rolando Adrio kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Tandil FC's Gabriel Dominguez suffered a sore thigh after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 35 minutes, Ceferino Eduino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ILUMINADOS F.C. and the Tandil FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ceferino Eduino hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Tandil FC's Ruperto Huly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Emenon in the 40th minute of play. Ruperto Huly came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by ILUMINADOS F.C.'s Claudio Botello. But to his dismay, Claudio Botello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Tandil FC's Ruperto Huly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Emenon in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Omar Sandaili made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ILUMINADOS F.C.'s Hilario Haitz got a free kick in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Tandil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Botello came free, but Ruperto Huly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermegildo Emenon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Huly having to interfere. After 64 minutes of play, ILUMINADOS F.C.'s Ermegildo Emenon made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruperto Huly was left in no man's land by his defense there! Omar Sandaili was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. Tandil FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 74 played minutes Tandil FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Gabrio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Emenon in the 75th minute of play forced Tandil FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Huly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Sandaili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Ulizes having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Ermegildo Emenon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Ruperto Huly was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 83 minutes into the match, Tandil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Eguzki came free, but Ruperto Huly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efrain Ulizes made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Patricio Sustrai sent off a good shot on target. The ILUMINADOS F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when ILUMINADOS F.C.'s Ermegildo Emenon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ILUMINADOS F.C. fully deserved thier win.
