Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) San Clemente del Tuyu FC's Primitivo Ishmael started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Patricio Sustrai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Tandil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvio Martxelin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Ruperto Huly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Martxelin, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ceferino Abilio made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Patricio Sustrai sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Tandil FC defense, Matias Ostadar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruperto Huly. The Tandil FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruperto Huly should have stopped the shot. Silvio Martxelin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ruperto Huly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, San Clemente del Tuyu FC's Matias Ostadar got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patricio Sustrai got free with Ceferino Abilio in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Dominguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ceferino Abilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Patricio Sustrai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. After 45 minutes, Pablo Gabrio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tandil FC and the San Clemente del Tuyu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pablo Gabrio hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Ruperto Huly came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by San Clemente del Tuyu FC's Silvio Martxelin. But to his dismay, Silvio Martxelin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The Tandil FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. San Clemente del Tuyu FC were winning 2-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patricio Sustrai to strike the kick off in the second half. Ceferino Abilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Sustrai in the 56th minute of play. If Patricio Sustrai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Tandil FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Huly had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvio Martxelin. A collision led to Tandil FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Pablo Gabrio hit a great ball. Tandil FC's Ruperto Huly proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Tandil FC from getting a goal against them. Silvio Martxelin struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ruperto Huly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Clemente del Tuyu FC. Tandil FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
