A collision led to CHECOTARIO getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Lisandro Rencio hit a great ball. Inocencio Betadur was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Estrada FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 21st minute, CHECOTARIO's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Inocencio Betadur fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in CHECOTARIO's zone, Silvestre Duarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Berggren came out of the goal and Silvestre Duarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 庄振林 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Neto having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Teofilo Bikendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albino Gaskon in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Neto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute Silvestre Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Albino Gaskon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th match minute, CHECOTARIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Bastia to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Meder kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes CHECOTARIO got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Ariando. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Duarte in the 52nd minute of play forced CHECOTARIO's goalkeeper Bernt Berggren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd match minute, CHECOTARIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Indar to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 54 minutes, Silvestre Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidro Errolan charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Errolan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Estrada FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when 庄振林 scored to the left of an out of position Humberto Neto, making the score, 1-1. After 79 played minutes CHECOTARIO got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Bernebe. Silvestre Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Bernt Berggren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the CHECOTARIO defense, Silvestre Duarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernt Berggren. The CHECOTARIO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Berggren should have stopped the shot. Estrada FC's Inocencio Betadur got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, CHECOTARIO's Albino Gaskon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Neto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in CHECOTARIO's zone, Inocencio Betadur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Berggren came out of the goal and Inocencio Betadur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Estrada FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
