Arturo Montel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When demolicionfc's Wilfredo Gartzen in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some careless play in the juncal f.c. defense, Braulio Micael kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Montel. The juncal f.c. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Montel should have stopped the shot. In the 57th match minute, demolicionfc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Rito to maneuver through the defense. Wilfredo Gartzen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Braulio Micael reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arturo Montel. The goal made the score 1-5. After a defensive mix-up in juncal f.c.'s zone, Braulio Micael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Montel came out of the goal and Braulio Micael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilfredo Gartzen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-6 to the left of a surprised Arturo Montel 70 minutes into the match. Maximino Stanislao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Luisito Jerrold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilfredo Gartzen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Arturo Montel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind juncal f.c.'s goalkeeper Arturo Montel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfredo Gartzen in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arturo Montel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jonatan Iaki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Gartzen's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. If Wilfredo Gartzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute.
