Patay's Casimiro Bikendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Vela in the 5th minute of play. Chimbronazo's Boni Bevia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Nastasio in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Patay's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Rostow came free, but Casimiro Bikendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Patay's Boni Bevia threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leandro Kusko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dante Nastasio's late challenge caught a Chimbronazo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Nastasio helped the player get up and apologised. Boguslaw Rostow scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casimiro Bikendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The long shot by Clodoveo Loramendi in the 18th minute really tested Boni Bevia's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 20th minute Leandro Kusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boni Bevia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Chimbronazo booed when Patay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Chesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Patay's Anastasio Urtsua got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Chimbronazo's Enzo Vela got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Clemente Chesus could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Boni Bevia however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Ursino in the 34th minute of play forced Patay's goalkeeper Casimiro Bikendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boguslaw Rostow scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casimiro Bikendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 43 played minutes Patay got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Bidari. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Vela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clodoveo Loramendi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Boni Bevia. Chimbronazo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Enzo Vela who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Casimiro Bikendi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Kusko in the 61st minute of play forced Chimbronazo's goalkeeper Boni Bevia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Chimbronazo's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Kusko came free, but Boni Bevia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Domingo Frederik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Chimbronazo fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Chimbronazo's Enzo Vela looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Chimbronazo getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Domingo Frederik hit a great ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Leandro Kusko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Kusko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Boguslaw Rostow kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Casimiro Bikendi. That made the score 0-4 in the 78 minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Enzo Vela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chimbronazo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Casimiro Bikendi made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Enzo Vela sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Chimbronazo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Patay.
