Deportivo Ballester's Virgilio Ferman got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Virgilio Ferman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Blanco having to interfere. Gaston Tano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Frasco in the 16th minute of the match. If Silvano Chale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bicha's Inocencio Canor got a free kick in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Ballester's Carolo Presebal got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute Virgilio Frasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Tano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo Ballester's Gaston Tano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Frasco in the 27th minute of play. Tadeo Domeka's late challenge caught a Bicha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeo Domeka helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bicha booed when Deportivo Ballester was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Domeka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bicha's zone, Silvano Chale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvano Blanco came out of the goal and Silvano Chale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Ballester's Luisito Gizon got a free kick in the 40th minute. Tomas Timo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgilio Frasco to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Bicha's Casimiro Nafarroa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gaston Tano. Gaston Tano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. A collision led to Bicha getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rosendo Quinteros hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgilio Frasco got free with Gaston Tano in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deportivo Ballester's Gaston Tano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Ballester from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Casimiro Nafarroa took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Gaston Tano to make any attempt to save it. Silvano Blanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Ferman, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The supporters of Deportivo Ballester booed when Bicha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Sidoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvano Chale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Virgilio Frasco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gaston Tano firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the final whistle went the supporters of Bicha were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Deportivo Ballester side.
