The Dumesnil FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Dumesnil FC's Leonel Mikelats looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Salomone in the 20th minute of play forced NEW MADAGASCAR F.C.'s goalkeeper Celestino Roano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leonel Mikelats came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Dumesnil FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonel Mikelats couldn't finish the play. In the 27th match minute, NEW MADAGASCAR F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Romelio to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, NEW MADAGASCAR F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Salomone came free, but Celestino Roano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeremias Pelagius kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Faustino Salomone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Roano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Mikelats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Roano having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Faustino Salomone to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Oscar Pereyra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celestino Roano, 0-3. The supporters of NEW MADAGASCAR F.C. booed when Dumesnil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Pereyra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Romelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 64 minutes, Faustino Salomone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dumesnil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Salomone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonel Mikelats recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, one of NEW MADAGASCAR F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for NEW MADAGASCAR F.C.. NEW MADAGASCAR F.C.'s Celestino Roano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save NEW MADAGASCAR F.C. from getting a goal against them. Faustino Salomone struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Celestino Roano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dumesnil FC. Francisco Aritza's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Celestino Roano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in NEW MADAGASCAR F.C.'s zone, Oscar Pereyra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celestino Roano came out of the goal and Oscar Pereyra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Roano having to interfere. Faustino Salomone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celestino Roano having to make a save. If Damian Guerrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 100th match minute, NEW MADAGASCAR F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Pelagius to maneuver through the defense. 101 minutes into the match, Dumesnil FC's Ambrosio Irrintzi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Dumesnil FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
