The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 12 minutes into the match, Mercedes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Sillén came free, but Jeronimo Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Rafael Lluc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mercedes AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hugolinos⚽MDQ the free kick. Rafael Lluc hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the game, Hugolinos⚽MDQ's Ragnar Sillén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeronimo Hurko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Ragnar Sillén left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hugolinos⚽MDQ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 27 minutes, Edgard Senen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hugolinos⚽MDQ and the Mercedes AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mercedes AFC booed when Hugolinos⚽MDQ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Senen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Eustacio Abad shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nemesio Rius showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nemesio Rius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Siro Guillem went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Ragnar Sillén in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jeronimo Hurko, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 37 minutes into the game, Ragnar Sillén recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jeronimo Hurko. Ragnar Sillén showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Ciriaco Cesario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Hurko having to interfere. Ragnar Sillén's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeronimo Hurko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Nemesio Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Aires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciriaco Cesario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Hurko having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, Mario Bela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ragnar Sillén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Hurko having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mercedes AFC defense, Ragnar Sillén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeronimo Hurko. The Mercedes AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Hurko should have stopped the shot. Carmelo Juvenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jeronimo Hurko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ragnar Sillén managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hugolinos⚽MDQ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ragnar Sillén was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Hurko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ragnar Sillén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Hurko having to interfere. Ciriaco Cesario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugolinos⚽MDQ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciriaco Cesario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Hugolinos⚽MDQ were the better team. Hugolinos⚽MDQ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
