After a rather tough play, Falucho's Gogo Rufo got a free kick in the 21st minute. Aquilino Bento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severo Loi's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Aquilino Bento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Erdiano in the 35th minute of play. Aquilino Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Nataniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the game, Erubiel Gabirel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falucho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Lorenzo the free kick. In the 37th minute, Erubiel Gabirel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Nataniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severo Loi was the one to do the kick off. After 61 played minutes Falucho got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Txomin. With a little luck, Falucho's Aquilino Bento got control of the ball when Severo Loi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Falucho's Aquilino Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Panpili in the 67th minute of play. Aquilino Bento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Nataniel in the 75th minute of the match. Falucho's Jaime Valiente got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Erubiel Gabirel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Severo Loi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aquilino Bento firmly grabbed it by the left post. Erubiel Gabirel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Falucho's Aquilino Bento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Falucho from getting a goal against them. 96 minutes into the match, Falucho's goalkeeper Aquilino Bento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severo Loi. 97 minutes into the match, Christian Erdiano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aquilino Bento, 0-4. San Lorenzo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
