Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cesar Jax made the kick off which started today's match. Mateo Herensuge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Efren in the 4th minute of play. If Cesar Jax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Alejandro Botello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espora fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Quinteros in the 23rd minute of play forced Espora's goalkeeper Saverio Petri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Espora's zone, Cesar Jax stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Petri came out of the goal and Cesar Jax tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Salvador Quinteros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pavón's Cesar Jax got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salvador Quinteros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Pavón's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Cordearo came free, but Mateo Herensuge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Alejandro Botello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateo Herensuge. Pavón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejandro Botello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After having played for 47 minutes, Alejandro Botello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Botello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Espora were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejandro Botello to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Nicasio Intxixu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Petri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Efren took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Herensuge. Mateo Herensuge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Espora's Hilario Richie slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateo Herensuge. That made the score 0-4 after 77 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cleto Cordearo during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute, Cleto Cordearo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the game, Francisco Efren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mateo Herensuge. Francisco Efren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Efren got free with Mateo Herensuge in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Espora's Francisco Efren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateo Herensuge. That made the score 0-6 after 93 minutes of play. Espora's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
