In the 10th minute, Görenheim FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Efrain Pacho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 13 played minutes Piratas F.C got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Rosio. Cristo Vincent was a little too slow when Carl Muñoz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. Michael Bjurström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Javiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Efrain Pacho might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristo Vincent. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Efrain Pacho ran back to his position shaking his head. Piratas F.C's Michael Bjurström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Javiar in the 28th minute of play. Timoteo Argider hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Saturnino Orlin's late challenge caught a Piratas F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saturnino Orlin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Saturnino Orlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 played minutes Piratas F.C got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Ritchie. After some careless play in the Piratas F.C defense, Gervasio Javiar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michael Bjurström. The Piratas F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michael Bjurström should have stopped the shot. Efrain Pacho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cristo Vincent came out and tried to block the shot, but Efrain Pacho slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 40th minute. In the 46th minute, Bruno Ugaitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michael Bjurström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carl Muñoz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Efrain Pacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Piratas F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Efrain Pacho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Vincent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Pacho in the 93rd minute of play. Cristo Vincent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Pacho in the 98th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Piratas F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
