In the 18th minute Danilo Papo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Indar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Tigers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Vigil came free, but Godfredo Indar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Ficcionario F.C's Anier Ubelteso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Vigil in the 41st minute of play forced Tigers FC's goalkeeper Godfredo Indar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 played minutes Ficcionario F.C got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Cugat. In the 48th minute Amado Vigil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Indar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Ficcionario F.C were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Xabel to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Tigers FC defense, Amado Vigil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godfredo Indar. The Tigers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godfredo Indar should have stopped the shot. Amado Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrique Xabel during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Godfredo Indar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Bortzaioriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Amado Vigil made a precise shot to the right of Godfredo Indar. Tigers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Tigers FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Mauricio Bortzaioriz scored to the left of an out of position Godfredo Indar, making the score, 0-5. Amado Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Indar having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Tigers FC's Enrique Xabel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raul Benet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amado Vigil struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Godfredo Indar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ficcionario F.C. In the 91st minute, Mauricio Bortzaioriz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amado Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Godfredo Indar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godfredo Indar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Vigil, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
