Emanuel Castel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Lopez in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Re pandilla getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Sixto Padro hit a great ball. The supporters of Mataleao FC booed when Re pandilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nathaniel Coonfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, Ovidio Lopez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mataleao FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Mataleao FC's Elvio Frans got a free kick in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Derwin in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleuterio Lorencio saved Mataleao FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateo Derwin in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eleuterio Lorencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Mataleao FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mateo Derwin came free, but Eleuterio Lorencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Derwin in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleuterio Lorencio saved Mataleao FC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Mataleao FC defense, Maximiliano Satordi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleuterio Lorencio. The Mataleao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleuterio Lorencio should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateo Derwin was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Mataleao FC booed when Re pandilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arrigo Vida didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Maximiliano Satordi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Re pandilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Satordi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eleuterio Lorencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Mataleao FC's zone, Mateo Derwin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Lorencio came out of the goal and Mateo Derwin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 60th play minutes Ovidio Lopez shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Emanuel Castel and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Re pandilla defense, Arsenio Gregory kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Castel. The Re pandilla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Castel should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Mataleao FC's Benjamin Solustiano got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Emanuel Castel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Lopez in the 83rd minute of the match. A collision led to Re pandilla getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Silvestre Jerano hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Arnoldo Cordarell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eleuterio Lorencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Derwin in the 95th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mataleao FC's Anacleto Abajas got a free kick in the 95th minute. Mataleao FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
