Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Filiberto Cordareo made the kick off and thus started the match. After 4 played minutes Potrerillo got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Acevedo. 5 minutes into the match, Romero's Generoso Hodei broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 7th minute, Dionisio Artaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esteban Ur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 16th minute, Potrerillo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dionisio Artaldo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 23 minutes, Dalmacio Montel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Montel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emiliano Frasco hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Adrian Licerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Romero's Dalmacio Montel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Ur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Potrerillo's Esteban Ur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Montel in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Romero's zone, Filiberto Cordareo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Jon came out of the goal and Filiberto Cordareo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the game, Aristides Gonzales was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Potrerillo the free kick. In the 54th match minute, Romero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Gonzales to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute Dionisio Artaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Ur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Cresencio's late challenge caught a Romero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Cresencio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Potrerillo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Jimeno Cresencio hit a great ball. Romero's Generoso Hodei couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Potrerillo. In the 67th minute Filiberto Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Jon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Potrerillo's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Artaldo came free, but Esteban Ur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Romero's Dionisio Artaldo in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Potrerillo's goalie prevented a goal. Dionisio Artaldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban Ur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Dionisio Artaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Ur having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Potrerillo's zone, Dalmacio Montel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Ur came out of the goal and Dalmacio Montel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes in the game, Dionisio Artaldo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Dalmacio Montel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Potrerillo's Leandro Acevedo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Romero's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
