Spectators: 7101 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rodolfo Rafe started the match with the kick off. Rosendo Mede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Rafe in the 5th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Espín got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Ixidor. If Rodolfo Rafe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Espín's goalkeeper Isidro Franco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to smoking F.C getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Freddy Izotz hit a great ball. In the 21st match minute, smoking F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulises Playo to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Eriberto Lluterio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Espín's Rosendo Mede threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rodolfo Rafe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Isidro Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 齐鹏风 in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of smoking F.C booed when Espín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Llorian didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Eriberto Lluterio in the 46th minute really tested Rosendo Mede's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 齐鹏风 was the one to do the kick off. Rosendo Mede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markos Tsolakopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 played minutes, Espín's Eriberto Lluterio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rosendo Mede came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Espín reached it. In the 56th minute Markos Tsolakopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Espín's Rodolfo Rafe got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Espín's Faustino Cutberto got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 齐鹏风 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Isidro Franco made a huge save. Rosendo Mede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Cutberto in the 66th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Rodolfo Rafe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rosendo Mede was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Son Dean struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Isidro Franco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for smoking F.C. Rodolfo Rafe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Markos Tsolakopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rosendo Mede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute Faustino Cutberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. smoking F.C's Son Dean got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, smoking F.C's Ulises Playo got a free kick in the 94th minute. Espín were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
