Bocayuva FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Bernardo Bibiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Sidoro having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Ricardone AFC's Narciso Stephen got a free kick in the 12th minute. Timoteo Alonso struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Pedro Sidoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bocayuva FC. Lucio Orlan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Eutor's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Pedro Sidoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Vigil, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Eutor couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Bocayuva FC's zone, Mario Eutor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucio Orlan came out of the goal and Mario Eutor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Timoteo Alonso made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Bocayuva FC's Tião Duarte got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Pedro Sidoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Vigil in the 56th minute of play. Mario Eutor's late challenge caught a Bocayuva FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Eutor helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Ricardone AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Eutor. Bernardo Bibiano charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Bibiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
