Alonzo Matia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Cordairo having to interfere. In the 15th minute Federico Lauaxeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Cordairo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Federico Lauaxeta managed to get in a good position for a shot. If Luis Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. Andres Cordairo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute Alonzo Matia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Cordairo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Garayalde FC booed when decano тυcυмano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Teofilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, decano тυcυмano's Arturo Betadur seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arturo Betadur the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of decano тυcυмano protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arturo Betadur had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Garayalde FC. Froilan Sanchez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Andres Cordairo. 0-2. Andres Cordairo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The Garayalde FC fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Garayalde FC's Federico Lauaxeta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pascual Vargas helped the player get up and apologised. Alonzo Matia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andres Cordairo came out and tried to block the shot, but Alonzo Matia slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 67th minute. Godfredo Rubio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Gerardo Artal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Matia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, decano тυcυмano's Fausto Teofilio got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Genaro Bela fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garayalde FC's protests and gave Genaro Bela a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Garayalde FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Genaro Bela hit a great ball. Benito Javiero charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benito Javiero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benito Javiero kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Lauaxeta got free with Andres Cordairo in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerardo Artal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Transito in the 96th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the game, Garayalde FC's Alonzo Matia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andres Cordairo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5.
