When Garayalde FC's Federico Lauaxeta, in the 3rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Garayalde FC. In the 6th minute, Blandengues FC's Luis Ioritz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gerardo Artal. Gerardo Artal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 8 played minutes Garayalde FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Inocente. The supporters of Blandengues FC booed when Garayalde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Lauaxeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Blandengues FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Matia came free, but Isidoro Chabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Chabier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alonzo Matia went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Gerardo Artal stood somewhat misplaced when Efrain Chorache came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 29 minute. Gerardo Artal made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Isidro Nastasio sent off a good shot on target. Garayalde FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luis Ioritz 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Isidoro Chabier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Matia, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alonzo Matia to strike the kick off in the second half. Gerardo Artal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Efrain Chorache's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute, Alonzo Matia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Damian Inocente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garayalde FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blandengues FC the free kick. A collision led to Garayalde FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Damian Inocente hit a great ball. Gerardo Artal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Chorache in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Ioritz in the 86th minute of play forced Garayalde FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Artal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Efrain Chorache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Gerardo Artal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luis Ioritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Blandengues FC fully deserved thier win.
