An unexpectedly hard shot by Harris Boyer in the 24th minute of play forced Calderilla's goalkeeper Gregorio Etor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Pablo Rudolfo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calderilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manantial the free kick. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Calderilla's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Pueblo came free, but Gregorio Etor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Pueblo was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Isidro Firmin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gregorio Etor. That made the score 1-1 in the 60 minute of play. Gregorio Etor made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Adolfo Pueblo sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the game, Isidro Firmin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Isidro Firmin hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Atilano Venceslas kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Calderilla's Gregorio Etor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harris Boyer in the 77th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Manantial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Bittor to maneuver through the defense. Epifanio Santana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gaspar Mattin. Manantial's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Arnulfo Senio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manantial's Gaspar Mattin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Manantial booed when Calderilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Senio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Isidro Firmin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gregorio Etor. The goal made the score 1-2. When the match was over Manantial could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Calderilla throughout the match.
