Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Anselmo Bieito took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Carbo's Damian Bondel got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Carbo's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Lop came free, but Fulgencio Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Lop in the 6th minute of play forced Carbo's goalkeeper Fulgencio Benino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erubiel Naelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15 played minutes Cornelio Licerio could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. A collision led to Carbo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Antonio Bemabe hit a great ball. Albino Gagriel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulgencio Benino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Astor Montrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Bieito, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Rodrigo Odol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26thth minute of the game Anselmo Bieito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carpe Diem's Astor Montrel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anselmo Bieito scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Montrel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albino Gagriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Benino having to interfere. The Carpe Diem fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Carpe Diem's Nemesio Lop looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 44th minute, Antonio Bemabe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nemesio Lop to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Anselmo Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Montrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, Eleuterio Socorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carpe Diem's Astor Montrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Licerio in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carpe Diem's Eleuterio Socorro got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Nemesio Lop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Astor Montrel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Licerio in the 70th minute of play. In the 75th match minute, Carbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Bondel to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Carpe Diem's Edgardo Selmo got a free kick in the 77th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Anselmo Bieito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carbo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Bieito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Anselmo Bieito notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Carpe Diem's Astor Montrel. Astor Montrel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Astor Montrel came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Carbo's Anselmo Bieito. But to his dismay, Anselmo Bieito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Carbo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
