Marciano Sazon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Dep. ALBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Sazon to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nemesio Lop in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genaro Lizardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marciano Sazon got his second yellow card in the match during the 9th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Dep. ALBA's Marciano Sazon got a free kick in the 10th minute. Nemesio Lop received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Genaro Lizardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dep. ALBA's zone, Albino Gagriel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genaro Lizardi came out of the goal and Albino Gagriel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Nemesio Lop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Naelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Fermin Federigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Gagriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Lizardi having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Donato Ramone put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Dep. ALBA's Donato Ramone got a free kick in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Nemesio Lop had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Genaro Lizardi. Dep. ALBA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Lop was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The Dep. ALBA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Carpe Diem were winning 0-1.

In the 55th minute, Dep. ALBA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nemesio Lop fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nemesio Lop struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Genaro Lizardi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carpe Diem. Eleuterio Socorro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dep. ALBA's Nereo Iratxo got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dep. ALBA's Genaro Lizardi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Dep. ALBA from getting a goal against them. In the 67thth minute of the game Nemesio Lop who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dep. ALBA's Genaro Lizardi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Carpe Diem getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Eleuterio Socorro hit a great ball. Nemesio Lop who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Genaro Lizardi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Leandro Hanni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erubiel Naelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Lizardi having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Arnulfo Savion took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Genaro Lizardi to make any attempt to save it. Nemesio Lop scored 0-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Genaro Lizardi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Nemesio Lop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
