Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Alcorta's Gerardo Loren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eleuterio Mergildo hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Angelino Clodio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 3rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emanuel Ortle. 5 minutes into the game, Cristo Dacio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vivero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alcorta the free kick. Cayetano Lekubegi struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Maximiliano Berenguer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alcorta. If Gerardo Loren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Fernando Txilar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximiliano Berenguer was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the game, Eleuterio Mergildo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Bilbo made a kick off. Angelino Clodio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Bilbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Bilbo in the 54th minute of play forced Alcorta's goalkeeper Angelino Clodio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelino Clodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Juvenal in the 55th minute of play. Angelino Clodio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Umbruso in the 59th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gerardo Loren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maximiliano Berenguer. That made the score 3-2 in the 65 minute of play. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Gerardo Loren sped through Vivero's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximiliano Berenguer. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Gerardo Loren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alcorta's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Loren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Berenguer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute Sixto Bilbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Clodio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Vivero's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Manny came free, but Maximiliano Berenguer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Loren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Maximiliano Berenguer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Fernando Txilar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruben Pedroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Arturo Umbruso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelino Clodio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Angelino Clodio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Pedroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Loren in the 95th minute of play forced Vivero's goalkeeper Maximiliano Berenguer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Vivero were victorious despite being under pressure from Alcorta for much of the match.
