Hola Buen Dia's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Astudillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Candelaria's goalkeeper Alejo Astudillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonardo Cidro to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Candelaria's zone, Pascual Francesco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejo Astudillo came out of the goal and Pascual Francesco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Refugio in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejo Astudillo saved Candelaria from getting behind. Jeronimo Iyan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, one of Hola Buen Dia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hugo Lleir shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Cidro in the 65th minute of play forced Hola Buen Dia's goalkeeper Valério Quirino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Hola Buen Dia's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Cordarrell came free, but Valério Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Hola Buen Dia booed when Candelaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteve Matthew didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Hola Buen Dia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Candelaria throughout the match.
