Spectators: 6245 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1645, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Efrain Torres kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Efrain Torres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelinho Marques was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Calingasta's Marcelinho Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Torres in the 8th minute of play. Marcelinho Marques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Efrain Torres went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Calingasta's Domingo Opilano got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Red Hot Chili Peppers's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomir Ciszewski came free, but Melquiades Medina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th play minute Nestor Malvin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcelinho Marques. 2-0. In the 24th minute Percy Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Medina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Red Hot Chili Peppers's Melquiades Medina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percy Ceresso in the 25th minute of play. Red Hot Chili Peppers's Nestor Malvin got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Nestor Malvin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Calingasta's Marcelinho Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Calingasta from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingo Opilano was the one to do the kick off. Marcelinho Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nestor Malvin in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelinho Marques saved Calingasta from getting behind. Domingo Opilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Medina having to interfere. Calingasta's Marcelinho Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Veronica in the 55th minute of play. After 58 minutes of play, Calingasta's Domingo Opilano made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melquiades Medina was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute of the match, Ludomir Ciszewski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Melquiades Medina saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcelinho Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Jaime Veronica kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Nestor Malvin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julian Erramu hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Efrain Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Domingo Opilano got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Efrain Torres, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Calingasta's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Malvin came free, but Marcelinho Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Red Hot Chili Peppers booed when Calingasta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Eneko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Red Hot Chili Peppers were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Calingasta for a fine match.
