Spectators: 7162 (Terracing: 5373, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Evaristo Bonifaco kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind LA APLANADORA DEL SUR's goalkeeper Aristides Gaspard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Lino Francho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of LA APLANADORA DEL SUR's Aristides Gaspard. Aristides Gaspard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lino Francho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melchor Remicio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Eguen got free with Dante Guzman in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lino Francho struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Aristides Gaspard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goldney FC. If Evaristo Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-1 became the score in the 30th minute when Evaristo Bonifaco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 33 played minutes Goldney FC got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Quinto. Aristides Gaspard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Francho, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Dante Dacio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goldney FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dante Dacio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Gaspard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Lino Francho made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in LA APLANADORA DEL SUR's zone, Lino Francho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Gaspard came out of the goal and Lino Francho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alonzo Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Francho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, LA APLANADORA DEL SUR's Cristian Laurgain got a free kick in the 57th minute. Lino Francho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Aristides Gaspard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruperto Eguen's late challenge caught a Goldney FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruperto Eguen helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes LA APLANADORA DEL SUR got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Eguen. After having played for 69 minutes, Lino Francho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goldney FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Francho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Evaristo Bonifaco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Dante Guzman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Guzman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Bonifaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 81 minutes Goldney FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ubaldo Ulizes who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on LA APLANADORA DEL SUR's corner Ubaldo Ulizes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Guzman quite easily take care of the ball. Rosendo Quinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Aristides Gaspard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Guzman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evaristo Bonifaco went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Many of Goldney FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Goldney FC may have spent more time on the ball, but LA APLANADORA DEL SUR were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
