With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Clodio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Villa Mitre FC's Arturo Leizarraga got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 12 minutes, German Mero made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Unzue F.C's Francisco Clodio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gualterio Kauldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Clodio came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Mitre FC's German Mero. But to his dismay, German Mero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Mero in the 29th minute of play forced Unzue F.C's goalkeeper Francisco Clodio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 minutes, Filiberto Palos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unzue F.C and the Villa Mitre FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filiberto Palos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Augusto Liher was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unzue F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Mitre FC the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Augusto Liher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Clodio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Mero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Unzue F.C's goal looked a bit too open when German Mero came free, but Francisco Clodio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Mero in the 40th minute of play forced Unzue F.C's goalkeeper Francisco Clodio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gualterio Kauldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Santo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After 53 minutes, Eraldo Molinaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unzue F.C and the Villa Mitre FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Unzue F.C's Eraldo Molinaro got a free kick in the 54th minute. Inocencio Lekubegi kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, German Mero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francisco Clodio. Unzue F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that German Mero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 64th match minute, Unzue F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Buinton to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 70 in the game by German Mero from a close distance when the talented Francisco Clodio managed to make a qualified save. Unzue F.C's players were relieved. Francisco Clodio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arturo Leizarraga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 72 minute of play. German Meros short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Francisco Clodio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Unzue F.C's Eraldo Molinaro got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Eraldo Molinaro off the ground. In the 77th minute, Eraldo Molinaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 played minutes Unzue F.C got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo Molinaro. Francisco Clodio made an important save on a dangerous shot by German Mero in the 80th minute. Unzue F.C's Francisco Clodio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Unzue F.C from getting a goal against them. Villa Mitre FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
