Pueyrredón FC's Gabriel Chago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Arce in the 24th minute of play. Elvio Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcin Dziura in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliano Jerold prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute José Bessa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Jerold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Jerold stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcin Dziura's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 92 played minutes Pueyrredón FC got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Frederik. The Pueyrredón FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pueyrredón FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
