Amancio Erdiano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Freddy Gonsalvo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leonardo Chepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Gonsalvo having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Amancio Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, LA LEPRA FLORIDEÑA's goalkeeper Freddy Gonsalvo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amancio Erdiano. In the 33rd minute, Leonardo Chepe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Amancio Erdiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvestre Fe hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When Amancio Erdiano came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Club Atlético San Miguel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amancio Erdiano couldn't finish the play. Diego Brion made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Club Atlético San Miguel's Pedro Llope. If Silvestre Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amancio Erdiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Gonsalvo having to interfere. Silvestre Fe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Silvestre Fe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddy Gonsalvo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Chepe in the 57th minute of the match. Freddy Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Chepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Victor Abalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LA LEPRA FLORIDEÑA's Freddy Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Chepe in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, LA LEPRA FLORIDEÑA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Abalos to maneuver through the defense. When Club Atlético San Miguel's Amancio Erdiano in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored LA LEPRA FLORIDEÑA's protests and gave Diego Brion a yellow card for diving instead. Diego Brion hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. A collision led to LA LEPRA FLORIDEÑA getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ricardo Pio hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Bartolo Pio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Club Atlético San Miguel's Hector Etxepare. Hector Etxepare was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tobias Havier hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Leonardo Chepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LA LEPRA FLORIDEÑA's Freddy Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Fe in the 92nd minute of play. Freddy Gonsalvo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Erdiano in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Club Atlético San Miguel players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
