After a rather tough play, Talleres de Cba's Rosendo Sotero got a free kick in the 5th minute. Mariano Eudoxio struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Anacleto Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INDEPENDIENTE MardelPlata. After 11 minutes, Herminio Astudillo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side.
