Spectators: 7194 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mihăiţă Moga kicked off to start the match. Natalio Liher hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, Pablo Jacob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute Amado Otsoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Bilbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihăiţă Mogas short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Miguel Heriberto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Loïc Carabin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Heriberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Iturri, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Mihăiţă Moga in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Miguel Heriberto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ombú AFC's Mihăiţă Moga was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 30 minutes into the game, Pescadores AFC's Amado Otsoa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Narciso Bilbo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atilano Berenguer during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, one of Pescadores AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pescadores AFC. After 39 played minutes Ombú AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alf Hjortsberg. With an all-out effort, Ombú AFC's Miguel Heriberto threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ulises Iturri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Pescadores AFC's Miguel Heriberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Iturri in the 53rd minute of play. In the 59th play minute Amado Otsoa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Narciso Bilbo. 3-2. The audience was convinced that Mihăiţă Moga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Heriberto was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Alf Hjortsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Miguel Heriberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ombú AFC's Mihăiţă Moga got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Mihăiţă Moga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ombú AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pescadores AFC's goalkeeper Miguel Heriberto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Pescadores AFC's zone, Mihăiţă Moga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Heriberto came out of the goal and Mihăiţă Moga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Heriberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Iturri, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Mihăiţă Moga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ombú AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Mihăiţă Moga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Heriberto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Pescadores AFC's Miguel Heriberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Iturri in the 85th minute of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Mihăiţă Moga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pescadores AFC's Miguel Heriberto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miguel Heriberto came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Ombú AFC's Pablo Jacob. But to his dismay, Pablo Jacob quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. In the 94th minute, Oscar Turi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pescadores AFC's Miguel Heriberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihăiţă Moga in the 95th minute of play. When Ombú AFC's Mihăiţă Moga, in the 96th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ombú AFC. There was no doubt that Ombú AFC were the better team. Ombú AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
