Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Talva's Mateo Errolan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 played minutes Talva got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Bladi. A hard shot by Mario Sugar from long distance, 9 minutes into the match, got Arnulfo Fidensio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Errolan in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Medardo saved Tulumba AFC from getting behind. Celestino Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Medardo having to interfere. When Honorato Isidor fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talva's protests and gave Honorato Isidor a yellow card for diving instead. Honorato Isidor hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Eustaquio Satordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Fidensio having to interfere. Mateo Errolan might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Medardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateo Errolan ran back to his position shaking his head. 27 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Olayo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ivan Medardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 33 played minutes, Talva's Rodrigo Olayo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Medardo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Talva reached it. In the 44th minute, Mateo Errolan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talva fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís Cordeiro in the 47th minute of play forced Tulumba AFC's goalkeeper Ivan Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Cirilo Nalo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Talva's Rodrigo Olayo got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute, Eustaquio Satordi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnulfo Fidensio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Talva's Pedro Luís Cordeiro in the 66th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ivan Medardo was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Tulumba AFC through an amazing save. Mateo Errolan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Celedonio Taurino in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tulumba AFC's Sebastian Tauro. 80 minutes into the match, Talva's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Nalo came free, but Arnulfo Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Talva getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Mateo Errolan hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the game, Ramon Bladi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tulumba AFC the free kick. After 84 played minutes Talva got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Bladi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Nalo in the 89th minute of play forced Talva's goalkeeper Arnulfo Fidensio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kjell Löfgren hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After having played for 93 minutes, Pedro Luís Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Luís Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnulfo Fidensio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cirilo Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
