Denis Sansone showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Isaac Mercurio came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Estatales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Mercurio couldn't finish the play. Theagenis Charalambakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Acuña in the 12th minute of the match. Baltasar Acuña blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Theagenis Charalambakis having to make a save. Cordoba F.C's Ovidio Orlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Sansone in the 19th minute of play. Ovidio Orlo was a little too slow when Denis Sansone got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Sansone got free with Ovidio Orlo in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Cordoba F.C's zone, Lino Mattin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidio Orlo came out of the goal and Lino Mattin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Cordoba F.C's goalkeeper Ovidio Orlo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lino Mattin. Anacleto Martxot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute of the match, Denis Sansone tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ovidio Orlo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lino Mattin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Ovidio Orlo made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Ovidio Orlo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Baltasar Acuña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theagenis Charalambakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Omar Blai made the kick off in the second half. Denis Sansone took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidio Orlo. Ovidio Orlo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Ovidio Orlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Sansone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltasar Acuña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theagenis Charalambakis having to interfere. In the 68th minute Denis Sansone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Orlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Denis Sansone made a precise shot to the right of Ovidio Orlo. Cordoba F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Ovidio Orlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Sansone in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Martxot in the 89th minute of play forced Cordoba F.C's goalkeeper Ovidio Orlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lino Mattin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Estatales getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eustacio Iraunkor hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Estatales fully deserved thier win.
