Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Emiliano Lano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 5 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, one of Ichipuca:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ichipuca. Prospero Nevada charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prospero Nevada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Prospero Nevada hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Everardo Larpe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Quitilipi's Domingo Demario in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ichipuca's goalie prevented a goal. Everardo Larpe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Cecilio Belasko skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Domingo Demario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ichipuca booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Lohitzun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Roman Lohitzun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quitilipi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Lohitzun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everardo Larpes short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Cecilio Belasko to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Domingo Demario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fidel Olivar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Roman Lohitzun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristides Goizeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roman Lohitzun was the one to do the kick off. Marcos Ioritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Cecilio Belasko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristides Goizeder might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Belasko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aristides Goizeder ran back to his position shaking his head. Everardo Larpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Belasko having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Lohitzun in the 60th minute of play forced Ichipuca's goalkeeper Fidel Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ichipuca's Fidel Olivar got control of the ball when Aristides Eutor tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Roman Lohitzun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fidel Olivar. That made the score 0-1 in the 63 minute of play. Fidel Olivar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Lohitzun in the 77th minute of the match. Cecilio Belasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Larpe in the 79th minute of play. Quitilipi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
