A collision led to Belgrano cba getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Casimiro Basualdo hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes Winifreda got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Luzea. Gaston Phelipe struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Salvador Llanos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winifreda.

When Mario Iruinea fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belgrano cba's protests and gave Mario Iruinea a yellow card for diving instead. Mario Iruinea hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 59th play minute Gavino Caitano came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Salvador Llanos. 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Julio Baladi in the 64th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Winifreda's Gavino Caitano. Gavino Caitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaston Phelipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Llanos having to interfere. When Gavino Caitano came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Winifreda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Caitano couldn't finish the play. When Winifreda's Gaston Phelipe in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgrano cba's goalie prevented a goal. In the 79th minute, Saturnino Luzea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gaston Phelipe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 85 minutes, Gaston Phelipe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Winifreda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Phelipe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Belgrano cba's goalkeeper Salvador Llanos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaston Phelipe. Gaston Phelipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Salvador Llanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Iruinea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Nikola having to interfere. Saturnino Luzea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Winifreda's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
