When Aurelio Lope fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crottos Crotters F.C.'s protests and gave Aurelio Lope a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes Crottos Crotters F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Lope. David Rafel struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Lorenzo Hermelando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crottos Crotters F.C.. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Rafel in the 22nd minute of play forced Clausurada's goalkeeper Lorenzo Hermelando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Crottos Crotters F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Lizer to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Clausurada getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Luis Niva hit a great ball. Lorenzo Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Ignado in the 35th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Clausurada's goal looked a bit too open when David Rafel came free, but Lorenzo Hermelando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes, Luis Niva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clausurada and the Crottos Crotters F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lorenzo Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Ignado in the 43rd minute of play. Luisito Ovando had several of the Clausurada's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Lorenzo Hermelando as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisito Ovando made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Luis Niva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clausurada's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Niva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benji Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denis Cucao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Hermelando having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Rogelio Lizer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Crottos Crotters F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. With his leg Benji Price managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Clausurada's Luis Niva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luis Niva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Benji Price when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 64 minutes, David Rafel made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Clausurada's Lorenzo Hermelando tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luisito Ovando took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorenzo Hermelando. Lorenzo Hermelando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Lorenzo Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Ovando in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Fernando Itzaina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Narciso Garaona was substituted for Aurelio Lope. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Alfredo Sanduru was substituted for David Rafel. The supporters of Crottos Crotters F.C. booed when Clausurada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Itzaina didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 minutes, Martin Peter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clausurada and the Crottos Crotters F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Martin Peter hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goalkeeper Benji Price had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Niva. Lorenzo Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Ovando in the 80th minute of play. Fernando Itzaina kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 85 played minutes, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Rogelio Lizer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lorenzo Hermelando came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Crottos Crotters F.C. reached it. Lorenzo Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Lizer in the 86th minute of play. A hard shot 93 in the game by Luis Niva from a close distance when the talented Benji Price managed to make a qualified save. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s players were relieved. Luis Niva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Benji Price made a huge save.
